- Abstract:
- We will measure Ni, Fe, Cu, and Zn isotopes in a range of meteorites. These insights will yield information about the distribution of the potential planetary heat source 60Fe in the early solar system (from measurements of 60Ni*), volatilisation and other fractionation processes for moderately volatile elements, and the extent of isotopic heterogeneity for these elements in the solar system.
