Abstract:
To quantify the absorption cross sections of water from the near infrared to the near ultra violet. In particular 1. To derive a reliable database of H216O transitions at frequencies 8000 - 25000cm-1. 2. To integrate these data with other recent measurements for inclusion in HITRAN. 3. To construct a reliable database of H218O transitions and H217O, and possibly HDO.
