- Abstract:
- A numerical modelling study will be combined with our extensive set of stratospheric tracer measurements to study a number of issues relevant to ozone depletion. We will investigate the usual modelled underestimate of polar loss, with emphasis on the uncertainties in chemical kinetics and adiabatic descent. A new model technique will be used to study mixing in the lower stratosphere.
