Abstract:
These courses provide a concentrated one-year training in geochemistry/environmental geochemistry for highly qualified graduates from a range of disciplines (geologists, chemists, environmental scientists), subject to a basic level of chemistry equivalent to A-level. They emphasise a quantitative approach to geochemistry as well as developing a qualitative understanding of geochemical processes. This grant supports 4 full studentships for three years.
