Abstract:
The effects of pollution on cirrus clods will be investigated together with the role of these clouds in distributing and changing the phase of pollutants. Detailed measurements of cloud microphysics, aerosol size distribution and chemistry along with relevant trace gases will be made. Detailed microphysical and chemical modelling will support the observations.
